In order to convince Quebecers to join their team to take up the 28 Days Without Alcohol Challenge this year, Fabien Cloutier and Julie Ringuette will fight for the time 28 days together, a special program broadcast by TVA on Sunday, January 31, at 9 p.m.
The actors and animators will then try to meet several fun challenges, hoping at the same time to convince the largest number of viewers to join them.
Shot at La Scena, in the Old Port of Montreal, the show will be enhanced by various musical performances, dance numbers and testimonials from personalities who have already overcome the 28 Days Without Alcohol Challenge. Mocktail recipes will also be unveiled.
In addition to the two headliners, Mélissa Bédard, Sébastien Benoît, Marc Hervieux, André-Philippe Gagnon, Jean-Marc Généreux and other guests will meet to do useful work.
“This unifying evening, with an interesting and unexpected unfolding, will both entertain and raise public awareness of a cause that is close to our hearts,” said Nathalie Fabien, senior director, channels and programming, at Groupe TVA in a press release.
The next edition of the 28 Days Without Alcohol Challenge, launched by the Jean-Lapointe Foundation, will be the eighth. It will be held from 1is to February 28.
