Australian actor Peter Hardy, known for his roles in popular TV series like McLeod’s Daughters and Neighbours, passed away on March 16 in Freemantle’s South Beach. The 66-year-old actor had gone snorkelling when he was found unconscious in the water. Although CPR was performed in an attempt to revive him, it was unsuccessful. A coroner’s report is being prepared to determine the exact cause of death. Hardy’s brother Michael confirmed the news on Facebook and paid tribute to the actor. Hardy was a talented musician and actor, appearing in numerous stage productions and films. He notably acted alongside Hugh Jackman in several Australian productions. His sudden death has shocked his family, friends, and fans.
