The fans were happy to see her back on stage… For the third time, Celine Dion was forced to cancel her European tour. Suffering from severe muscle spasms, the singer needs to rest more than ever. In a video shared on her Instagram account, the diva said with emotion: “Here we are again! I am so sorry, saddened to have to postpone the shows once again. The first time, it was obviously at cause of the pandemic and this time, it is my health that forces me to postpone the shows of the European tour… and unfortunately to cancel some others.” Wishing to bring good news to her fans, the mother of three assured that she felt “still a little better”, before adding: “But it is sure that it is not going fast enough and it is super frustrating for me.”
After explaining that the recovery took much longer than she thought, Celine Dion said: “I have to be in good shape, in good health to be able to give 100% of myself on stage! This is what you deserve!” On the verge of tears, the interpreter of My Heart Will Go On confided: “I am so sorry for this news. You have been waiting for my concerts for a long time and I appreciate your loyalty. Now I tell myself that you owe so much be disappointed, discouraged to wait…I’m doing the best I can to get in shape as soon as possible!Know that the many messages of love and support you send me are part of my medical treatment. helps a lot, thank you so much for all the love.” Finally, the star ended her post by saying see you soon to her fans.
