On eleven occasions, the Detective Film Festival has transformed Beaune, capital of Burgundy wines, into a standard bearer of crime fiction and thriller. Before its end is announced, Tuesday, January 19. The fault, obviously, with the epidemic of Covid-19 but also, it seems, with a disagreement between the town hall of Beaune and the organizers (which are, moreover, in search of another city which can host the festival, after Cognac and Beaune).
