Kristen Bell to Lead Netflix Comedy Series From Erin Foster

Kristen Bell has signed on for a new comedy series for Netflix. Created by Erin Foster, daughter of Canadian producer David Foster, the series is described as “comedy centered on the unlikely relationship between an irreverent, outspoken, agnostic woman and an unconventional rabbi.” Bell will be playing the woman, with the role of the rabbi yet to be cast. Bell and Foster will also serve as executive producers alongside Steve Levitan, Danielle Stokdyk and Craig DiGregorio.

This project marks Bell’s second collaboration with Netflix, having starred in the streamer’s 2021 thriller spoof “The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window.”
