Robbie Williams recently performed at the Papp László Sportaréna in Hungary, and something incredible happened. He picked a fan to go on stage with him and realized it was the same person he had picked out 20 years ago in Budapest. Williams took to Instagram to share a picture of both occasions and said: “The odds of that happening? 174,240,000 to 1.” The former Take That member is currently touring to celebrate his 25th anniversary as a soloist. In January, he addressed the audience at Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome and thanked fans for “protecting” him in an emotional speech about mental health. Williams has expressed his desire to play Glastonbury’s legends slot and recently reiterated that he’d “slaughter it” if given the chance. He believes playing at Worthy Farm would be “cool” and was previously quoted as saying it would be great to perform at “the epicentre of the music world.”
