Shakira and Piqué meet to reach an agreement on the custody of their children

In the midst of a somewhat controversial media environment due to their separation after 12 years together, Shakira met Gerard Piqué on Thursday to talk about the custody of their two children: Milan, nine years old, and Sasha, seven.

Although little has been said about the details of the meeting, according to information from the magazine Hello! The lawyer of the Colombian singer, Pilar Mañé, and the legal representative of the Barça footballer, Ramón Tamborero, also attended.

According to the publication, Shakira’s smile was due, more than the meeting, to the reception of her fans, who awaited her with applause and shouts of encouragement. Instead, Piqué left the building with a serious face and, like her, without making any kind of statement.

The former couple, who announced their separation last June, tries to reach an agreement that avoids going to trial when their life plans go in opposite directions. Although the singer has not given any details, it is said that she wishes to establish her residence in Miami, while Gerard Piqué not only has his projects in Spain, but has also begun a new relationship with Clara Chía.
