NEW YORK, Feb 23 (Reuters) – Thomson Reuters Corp reported an increase in fourth-quarter billing on Tuesday and said it would begin a two-year program to transform into an operating company from its current holding structure.
The news and information company said its sales rose 2% to $ 1.62 billion.
