When there is blood and pain when urinating, the possible diagnoses vary between: urinary tract infection (can be from the kidneys, ureters, bladder or urethra), renal lithiasis (stones in the kidneys or urinary tract) or prostate problems (can be infection, cancer or enlargement of it).
